This is an odd-sounding but delicious treat!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Chop up the kimchi so that it is in bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix together with the natto in a glass or non-reactive bowl.
  3. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Enjoy over toast, rice, or pasta.
