This unusual smoothie has a delightful tang from the sour cream. A perfect cultured breakfast or midday snack.
- 1 small ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup thick sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Place the banana in the freezer for 10 minutes before starting so that it is firm and cold.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
