    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 lb. parmesan or other aged low-moisture cheese, grated coarsely
    • Fresh or dry herbs: oregano, rosemary, or thyme (optional)
    • Fresh ground black pepper (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
    3. Place cheese in piles about 2 inches in diameter, allowing about 1 inch space between them.
    4. If desired, sprinkle a small amount of herbs and black pepper on top.
    5. Place in heated oven and watch carefully. Remove from oven once crackers start to turn a gold color, about 3-5 minutes.
    6. The crackers will be flexible while still hot. To make a cup or basket shape, drape over a glass or bottle to cool and firm up.
