This strongly flavored dip works wonderfully as a companion to corn chips or as a spread for warm bread with pasta dishes like spaghetti or alfredo.
- 8 ounces fromage blanc
- 3 Tbsp. chives, diced
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced fine or crushed
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and beat until mixed well.
- Cover and chill the dip for 2 to 3 hours.
