100% Stainless Steel Replacement Tray fits all 5 and 9 tray Excalibur Dehydrators. 

This tray was designed particularly for people who dry meats and other food in which a through cleaning and disinfecting of the trays are needed or for people who prefer not to use plastic trays in their dehydrator.

These stainless steel trays will stand up to high tempratures and heavy cleaning. They can be placed into the dishwasher or steam cleaned and are made from the same high grade stainless steelused to make commercial dehydrators.

The tray is constructed with 100% 304 stainless steel 1/4 inch square mesh so no polyscreens are needed.  Made in the U.S.A.
