We have had this dehydrator for 2 years now and just love it! Very reliable, easy to use and clean and holds a lot of food at one time. We have dehydrated garden produce and made Jerky in it a lot. I also use it to proof my bread dough. We would NOT be without this dehydrator....best there is. (Posted on March 28, 2012)

This has been a wonderful investment. We use it to dry fruits mostly, but it worked great when I recently dried some herbs, made fruit roll ups and my first attempt at both yogurt and buttermilk were perfect. Cultures for Health provided excellent customer service and very quick order fulfillment. I couldn't be happier! (Posted on September 21, 2012)
