This has been a wonderful investment. We use it to dry fruits mostly, but it worked great when I recently dried some herbs, made fruit roll ups and my first attempt at both yogurt and buttermilk were perfect. Cultures for Health provided excellent customer service and very quick order fulfillment. I couldn't be happier!
