We have had this dehydrator for 2 years now and just love it! Very reliable, easy to use and clean and holds a lot of food at one time. We have dehydrated garden produce and made Jerky in it a lot. I also use it to proof my bread dough. We would NOT be without this dehydrator....best there is.
