This is my first try at both consuming kefir and making it myself. It has turned out very well so far and I really enjoy drinking the kefir on its on as opposed to flavoring with lemon or vanilla. I recently tried mixing in a quarter cup of fruit juice with my finished kefir and it's excellent. I can't generate enough kefir to keep up with how much I want to drink :) Hopefully the grains become more numerous soon and I can get double batches going. Excellent product for the person trying to incorporate probiotics into their daily intake regime.
