Milk Kefir Grains

It's been a few months since I received my grains and started making kefir, so I felt I should give an updated review in case anyone had been curious.
My grains have grown so much, and still produce wonderful kefir, even though I generally take a couple weeks off of making kefir (by keeping the grains in a jar of milk in the fridge - I replace the milk every week while they are in there) every month. I started with about a teaspoon of very small grains, and while they are still pretty small, they have at least doubled in size and I now have just shy of a cup of grains.
I'm still very happy with my purchase, and would definitely recommend Cultures For Health for anyone wanting to get started with kefir.
