- I had stopped drinking milk years ago because it no longer satisfied me and I didn’t understand why. I recently realized ALL DAIRY had been ULTRA pasteurized and it was all dead and had sugar added. Adding insult to injury. Now RAW goat’s milk making excellent Kefir. 1.5 to 2 gallons a week. I love this stuff. Thank you for answering so many questions as I adjust to real food again. And I had thought I WAS eating organic foods. Thank you CFH and Sally Fallon.
