When the milk kefir grains arrived I had a question, so I got online and instantly connected through the chat line where a very kind and helpful soul answered my question. I followed the instructions exactly and have been drinking milk kefir every day since. It is easy to make and delicious. I use a pint-sized canning jar on my counter and make a fresh pint daily with non-homogenized milk from my local dairy. When I'm about to run out of milk I'll just place the grains in milk in the fridge until the milk arrives. I used to spend a lot of money buying milk kefir at the store and I much prefer this unsweetened, homemade version. It is so easy!
