Kefir Eggnog

This time of year is about family, friends, and of course food. The food during this season is fairly familiar to us all, whether we’ve always eaten a standard American diet or not. One of the ubiquitous holiday beverages is eggnog. It is in every grocery store come November and it beckons you with its nostalgic memories of a thick, rich, sweet holiday beverage. But you can make eggnog at home, with the naturally occurring probiotics and enzymes inherent in the main ingredients: fresh milk, raw honey, egg yolks, and in this recipe, milk kefir. Adding milk kefir to your fresh milk will give you a health boost and give your eggnog a very slight tang. It’s a great way to get some probiotics into your favorite holiday beverage! Ingredients:
