Kefir Dessert Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Kefir Cream or Strained Kefir (can substitute strained yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar, honey or agave (to taste)


Blend all ingredients.  Cover and chill at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.  Serve over fruit, cake, etc.
