Kefir Cream

Ingredients:
*Heavy whipping cream will yield a thicker finished product than will raw cream. Place the kefir grains in the cream and allow the cream to kefir for 12-48 hours. When the desired consistency and taste is achieved, remove the kefir grains and place the grains in fresh milk. If using a dehydrated powdered kefir starter culture, follow the instructions on the packet and substitute cream for milk.
