Kefir Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
Instructions: Pour the milk kefir into the cheesecloth, cotton bag or tight weave towel. Hang above a bowl or jar and allow the whey to drain off for 12+ hours depending on the thickness desired. Once the desired thickness is reached, refrigerate the cheese. Use in recipes in place of cream cheese--will have a more sour and stronger taste than standard cream cheese. |
