Kefir Cheese, Banana, and Peanut Butter Spread



This recipe proves that there are lots of palatable ways to get more kefir into your diet. Kids and adults alike will love this super protein-rich probiotic snack.


  • 1 cup kefir cheese
  • ½ cup mashed banana
  • ¼ cup peanut butter


  1. Mash together the kefir cheese and banana with the back of a fork. 
  2. Mix in the peanut butter until you have a thick dip-like consistency.
  3. Spread on bread, use as a veggie or fruit dip, or eat it by the spoonful.
