Healthy Smoothie



  • 2 cups yogurt, buttermilk, kefir, or combination
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted and allowed to cool a bit)
  • Pinch of stevia or small amount of raw honey (if desired for sweetness)

Combine in a blender and serve cold. Makes 1 to 2 servings


Additional ingredients that can be added:

  • Fresh egg yolk from pastured chickens (consume at your own risk)
  • Handful of spinach or other greens
  • Bee pollen
  • Brewer’s yeast
