Healthy Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Yogurt, Buttermilk, Kefir or combination
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit
  • 1-3 T. Coconut Oil (melted and allowed to cool a bit)
  • Pinch of stevia or small amount of raw honey (if desired for sweetness)

Combine in a blender and serve cold. Makes 1-2 servings

 

Additional ingredients which can be added:

  • Fresh egg yolk from pastured chickens (consume at your own risk)
  • Handful of spinach or other greens
  • Bee pollen
  • Brewer’s yeast
