Each cheese typically can be made in under an hour although some varieties require straining or can be aged (optional). This kit makes 8 to 12 pounds of cheese depending on the varieties made.

    • Is pasteurized and ultra pasteurized goat milk ok to use with this kit? And does it matter if the milk is homogenized?
    • Pasteurized milk is fine to use. Homogenized or non-homogenized works well. Please avoid ultra-pasteurized milk.
