Fromage Blanc Garlic Dip



This strongly flavored dip works wonderfully as a companion to corn chips or as a spread for warm bread with pasta dishes like spaghetti or alfredo.


  • 8 ounces fromage blanc
  • 3 tablespoons chives, diced
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced fine or crushed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and beat until mixed well.
  2. Cover and chill the dip for 2 to 3 hours.
