About the Author

Food journalist and gardener, Jeff Cox, has been involved in the farming, organic food, and gardening movement for over 40 years. Including From Vines to Wines, he’s written over 18 books on food, wine, and gardening. His other titles include Creating a Garden for the Sense, The Organic Cook’s Bible, and Cellaring Wine. He contributes as a wine writer and restaurant reviewer to several publications throughout California and has hosted two television series, Your Organic Garden on PBS and Grow It! on HGTV.
