Looking to add some extra fizziness and flavor to your finished kombucha? Give one of these swing-top bottles a try! Even after you remove the SCOBY, your kombucha contains cultures that will continue to ferment and release carbon dioxide. Tiny in stature, this bottle holds about 1 1/3 cups of liquid. When paired with the Kombucha Brewing Jar this bottle makes it easy to brew kombucha continuously at home!

Nice idea, and quite attractive. BUT, water gets between the white plastic and the glass. The same with the fermenting crock. I just wonder how long before it gets moldy.
