Most items ship from our warehouse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided with your order, including tracking information. You may also use our Track Your Order link and provide your order number and billing zip code.

Please note that tracking information is provided by the carrier, and may not always be up-to-date. We do not have any additional information once the package has left our warehouse. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered and you have not seen it, please contact the carrier directly as they may be able to give you more detailed information.
