Dairy-free Piña Colada Smoothie

 

This thick, rich, and creamy smoothie is perfect for those who want a dose of probiotics, but want to avoid cultured dairy.


Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Pour coconut milk kefir into a blender, followed by the fruit.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding additional liquid if needed.
  3. Taste and add honey to taste and blend once more.


Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
