Organic daikon radish sprouting seeds make spicy and tangy sprouts. Allow to soak for 6-12 hours and rinse every 8-12 hours for 3 days. The seeds will generally sprout in 5-6 days. The seeds themselves have a shelf life of 3-5 years (at 70 degrees) and once sprouted will last in the refrigerator (if properly contained) for 2-6 weeks.
Radish sprouts contain vitamins A, B, C, E and K as well as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Ptassium, Zinc, Carotene, Chlorophyll, Amino Acids, Trace Elements and Antioxidents. Protein: 35%
