Creamy Kefir Horseradish Dip



  • 1 cup strained dairy kefir (consistency of sour cream)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, kefir cream cheese, or labneh, softened
  • 3 tablespoons salsa (non-chunky variety)
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Mix together the strained kefir and cream cheese.
  2. Combine with the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours prior to serving to allow the flavors to meld.
