Cranberry Smoothie

Blend the tart, mouth-puckering flavor of cranberries with sweet blueberries for an amazing smoothie flavor! 


  • ¼ cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup kefir, yogurt, buttermilk, or a combination
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)



  1. Add fruit, juices, and vanilla to a blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Blend in kefir and serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes one serving.
