    • I live in Texas and would like the liquid vegetable rennet. Would it spoil in shipping? Daily temperatures reach over the 100's F.

      Thanks!
    • The rennet should be fine during shipping. The most important thing to do is to get the rennet in the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery. We send tracking information with each order, so that you will know when to expect your package. Avoid letting the package sit in a hot mailbox or direct sunlight all day, and your product should be fine.

    • If a recipe calls for a single rennet tablet, what would the equivalent be for the liquid rennet? I want to make sure I use the correct amount and I just got the liquid rennet from your company.
      Thanks!
    • 1 tsp liquid equals 1 tablet.

Watch out for double strength, which we also carry!‚Äč

I've only used this once, but it took exactly like it should have. My only complaint is that this product cost twice as much to ship it...so order a lot at once, I guess.
