Use this beautiful, well made cheese press to make delicious hard cheeses including Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan and Monterey Jack.

Stainless steel mold and drip tray on a hard wood base with rubber feet (protects your counter top).  Includes a stainless steel gauge to regulate 0 to 80 lbs. of pressure.  Easy to use, comes assembled and ready to use.

Cheese press includes:

  • 1 Stainless Steel Mold (2-4 lb. cheese)
  • 2 Polypropylene Followers
  • 1 Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

    • ​The press has kg increments. The markings on the press show 5, 10,15 and 20. It starts at 0.
