  • I have read that most vegetarian rennet on the market is genetically modified, though I have written in the past regarding this issue and was answered that you do not carry any GMO products. Can you plese confirm that this rennet is not GMO. I would just like to be certain. Thank you.
  • The producer of this kit has confirmed that the rennet is non-GMO. It doesn’t contain any ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms.

  • How much milk does this kit use and what kinds of milk are used? Also, what is the weight of the finished product?
  • The kit says "20 blue cheeses" - probably meaning 20 batches. Typically a "batch" in a DIY cheese kit is 1 gallon. The resulting cheese can be between 6 oz and 1 lb, depending on the recipe.​

  • I have celiac, and as a result cannot eat most blue cheese, since I have read that the mold is usually grown on wheat. What about your product, surrounding this issue?
