Basic Fruit Smoothie Recipe



  • 1 cup yogurt, kefir, or buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (berries work well)
  • 1/2 banana
  • Ice cubes (can reduce amount or omit if banana is frozen) 

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes one serving.
