Banana Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt, kefir, or buttermilk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sweetener to taste (1 tablespoon raw honey or agave, or a small amount of stevia)


Add ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes one serving.
