Sprouted Brown Rice

- This flour is the absolute best for using in gluten free flour blends. It has no extra taste or grit feel in the finished product. Even the batter is better than when using other rice flours. I come from a family of bakers and going gluten free more than ten years ago was very difficult. I found this flour a couple years ago and I no longer feel left out of the food part of our culture, especially at home where it matters most!
