Asian-inspired Kombucha Dressing

It is often hard to find a salad dressing to accompany an Asian-inspired meal, as the usual American dressings just don’t seem to fit. Try this sweet-spicy dressing heavily dosed with healthful ginger and garlic. It also uses kombucha vinegar for an added probiotic bonus!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup kombucha vinegar
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar, place the lid on tightly, and shake well to combine. It may need to be shaken again just before being poured over the salad or vegetables.

Serve over a salad to go along with an Asian-themed meal of stir-fry, eggrolls, or fried rice.
