ONLINE ORDERING
Our products are available for order through our online Website only. To keep our costs and prices low, we do not accept orders via phone or mail (e-mail or snail mail).
PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process all orders within two business days (Monday-Friday). You will be notified if there will be a significant shipping delay. Orders are shipped from Oregon (excludes Excalibur Dehydrators, Sprouted Flour and Family Grain Mills which are shipped directly from the respective manufacturers).
SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (except Excalibur Dehydrators which are shipped directly from the manufacturer in California via FedEx Ground or USPS). Domestic orders include delivery confirmation or tracking information which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You will have the option of choosing between standard or expedited shipping at checkout. Please note, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge to you (e.g. upgrade UPS Ground to USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post to UPS Ground, etc.). Standard shipping is generally 3-8 business days (not guaranteed) via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is generally 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) via USPS Priority Mail. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can offer international shipping for a number of our products including Yogurt Starters (all varieties), Buttermilk Starter, Dairy Kefir Grains, Water Kefir Grains and dried Sourdough Starter. The 5-tray and 9-tray Excalibur Dehydrator models are available for shipping to Canada. At this time all other products are not available for international shipping. All international orders will be sent either USPS First Class Mail/Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the shipping method selected by the customer.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. If you wish to pay by check, please use the eCheck option available through Paypal. For your security, we do not accept payment information over the phone, via e-mail, or snail mail.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT SHIPMENT
Once an order has been delivered to the postal carrier, Cultures for Health LLC is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly. Fresh cultures (e.g. Kombucha, Fresh Sourdough Starter, Milk Kefir Grains, etc.) are particularly sensitive to heat so care should be taken to ensure that they are not left out in hot weather.
WHOLESALE PRICING
At this time we do not have a wholesale pricing option available but hope to have one in the near future. Buying clubs/co-ops wishing to place a large group order should contact us for volume pricing information.
