High germination rate and perfect for edible seeds. Great for cooking, gardening or survival food storage.
Use 2 tablespons seeds per quart jar. Soak in water 10-12 hours, then drain. Rinse seeds 2-3 times a day until ready to use (approximately 5 days).
Keep in a sealed container in a cool dry place. Optimum shelf life is 6 months to 1 year although they may keep longer (germentation rate will drop over time).
