Organic red lentil sprouting seeds make delicious sprouts for your salad, stir fry, sandwiches, etc. Use 2 tablespoons seeds per quart jar. Soak in water for 10-12 hours, then drain. Rinse seeds 2 to 3 times a day until sprouted (2-5 days). 5 year shelf life when stored properly at 70 F degrees. Once sprouted they can last 2-6 weeks if stored properly in the refrigerator.
