Review:
Great taste. It proofs fairly quickly. It is a mild starter but mine was slowly becoming too sour but it was corrected by adding flour to the starter at a two to one ratio instead of a one to one ratio.

Review:
I use this with my sprouted spelt and get wonderful loaves that slice beautifully and can be used for anything you would use regular sliced bread for—only WAY better. Do it!
