Healthy Smoothie Recipe

My favorite healthy smoothie recipe:

  • 1-3 cups Yogurt, buttermilk, milk kefir (aka dairy kefir) or combination
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1-3 T. Coconut oil (melted and allowed to cool a bit)
  • Pinch of stevia or small amount of raw honey (if desired for sweetness)

Combine in a blender and serve cold.

Additional ingredients which can be added:

  • Fresh egg yolk from pastured chickens (consume at your own risk)
  • Handful of spinach or other greens
  • Bee pollen
  • Brewer’s yeast
