STORAGE: Chevre and Fresh cultures should be stored in the freezer and will last up to 2 years if stored properly. Rennet should be stored in the refrigerator and will keep approx. 3 months.
TIPS FOR BUYING MILK FOR CHEESEMAKING: The more highly processed the milk (prior to cheesemaking), the more difficult it will be to make proper cheese curd. We always recommend using local milk that has not been treated for long transit time.
