Make fermenting vegetables easier! This glass ar includes an airlock set up which facilitates gas escaping your fermented vegetables while keeping air out. This allows you to make pickles, sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables while greatly reducing and usually eliminating the threat of mold.

Includes glass jar and plastic lid fitted with airlock and rubber stopper.  Four sizes available.

Wow am I glad I purchased a few of these. Brand new to the world of fermentation, I was trepidacious of the process and how the final prodcut would turn out. We started out with fermented salsa (the recipe came along with the instructions) and it was EASY, so easy, and wonderfully delicious.

I've been making my fermented veggies in crocks for the past few years, all the while pining to try out one of these babies. I was not disappointed when we finally bought one! Our first batch of sauerkraut was VERY crisp, and now we have a batch of daikon radish and ginger going, can't wait to see how they turn out! I had much less problem with mold than I have with my crocks, especially as the weather warms.

My first project with the Veggie Master was sauerkraut. My husband was especially intrigued because of the airlock which nearly guarantees a successful fermentation w/o spoilage. True to its description the sauerkraut was the best we've ever tasted! We also received our products from you quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
