Organic broccoli sprouting seeds make very tasty sprouts. A member of the Brassica family, broccoli seeds generally sprout in 3-6 days. The seeds themselves have a shelf life of 3-5 years (at 70 degrees) and once sprouted will last in the refridgerator (if properly contained) for 2-6 weeks.
